How working with us works

This page explains how Newen Tech Solutions works with clients. When you decide to go ahead, we send you an Order Form and a Website Services Agreement to sign. Those signed documents set out the services, prices and dates that apply to you.

If anything on this page differs from what you sign, the signed documents apply.

The short version

• You own your website. Once you have paid the build price, you own the code and database we built for you. You can ask for a complete copy at any time, and one copy each year is free.
• You are never locked in. You can stop your care plan at renewal, or end the agreement at any time. Your website, files and domain are yours.
• Your domain is in your name. We renew it for you while you are on a care plan, and we transfer it if you ask.
• Help when you need it. Your change credits are available from day one of your plan year. Email us any time, with any question.
• Care plans are optional. With a new website build, your first year of Essentials care is half price. After that, it renews each year. We email you at least 30 days before renewal, and you can stop it.
• Fixes. If something we built is not working the way we agreed, we fix it free for 30 days after launch. After that, just ask.
• Safety. We monitor your website, run a monthly security scan and keep weekly backups. We cannot promise that a website will never be compromised or go offline.
• Prices. Prices are in Australian dollars. We do not charge GST while we are not registered for it. Website prices shown on this site are a guide until your Order Form confirms them.
• Extra work is quoted before we start, at $90 an hour.
• Payment. Websites are paid 50% to start and 50% on launch. Invoices are due within 14 days, by bank transfer or PayID, or by card through Stripe if you ask.
• Where it lives. Our website servers are currently in Singapore. We use a content delivery network with an Australian edge location to help deliver public website files quickly to visitors in Australia. Some providers may process information in other countries.

Using this website

Please use this website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access to it, overload it, copy it for another business, or use it in a way that could harm Newen, our clients or our providers.

Information on this website is general. It does not create a contract, and it may change. Your particular services, prices, dates and responsibilities are confirmed in the documents we provide when you become a client.

Privacy

Our Privacy Statement explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to ask for access, correction or deletion. We do not sell personal information.
